Meeting host is inactive (1,001)

Sometimes Zoom may display a message that the host has closed the room, but when you try and get back in you see “Meeting host is inactive”, this means Zoom has cancelled the room

In the event you believe the room has been closed, please contact the host via email

Most times we’re aware of the problem and are setting another one up, check brownroom.org and look at the Zoom section, usually 5, 10 or 15 minutes later you’ll see todays date and a different room number. Click that new room number and your good to go

Usually we an email from Zoom but that isn’t guaranteed, we as quickly as we can, will create a new room and add it to the front page and we know from email alerts from Zoom that people literally re-join the room in just minutes

Once it is on the website, we send it out to the mailing list, if you want to be kept up to date via email, just subscribe to the newsletter.

Please keep checking brownroom.org because as soon as we have the replacement details, it will appear there and then via the mailing list, just moments later

If you have any feedback about something you might have seen in the room, that might give zoom cause to cancel the room, please let us know. We do not record the room and will be relying on the pigs and piglets letting us know what they saw just as the room gets cancelled
